CAUTION BEWARE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! What should have been the click of a button ended in horrible service and yes the weekend was taken in consideration... I was so tired of waiting for her final reply after 9 days, I decided to cancel my order, on a Sunday because the next day was a holiday, so I wouldn’t get a DOWNLOAD til 2 more days later.. Her business hours are Monday-Fri but she responded and not only attempted to send me a download on a Sunday, but told me all the interaction we had been doing her download must have been in my spam.... NO MA’AM.... I will NEVER do business with her company again and I’m going through my credit card company to reverse the charges...
